As a part of my capstone course, myself and a group developed a comprehensive sports business plan for the St. Louis Blues.  This semester long project was evalated by a panel of judges including: Adam Jacobs (Anhesuer-Busch NFL), Lisa Boaz (St. Louis Rams), Tassos Kaburakis (SLU), Matt Hayden (SLU Athletics), Marc Schreiber (St. Louis Sports Commission), Steve Gomric (Gateway Grizzlies), Carl Bolm (Battlegrounds), Declan O'Neill (Anheuser-Busch Sports Group), Rob Fasoldt (St. Louis Cardinals), Deni Allen (St. Louis Blues)

 

 

 

Integrated Sports Business Planning is the ultimate capstone course in Sports Business.  You will integrate knowledge from every area of business to craft a professional quality strategic plan - one capable to satisfying every stakeholder on paper or face-to-face.  you will have worked with sports business people from the community, who will be evaluating your work using real-world standards (NOT academic ones!!) and helping you to make it work. After finishing this class you will be able to undertake a true sports business strategic plan - including new product introductions, feasibility analyses, marketing analyses, and transition plans - on your own for yourself or others.
